Handoffs

Deliver finished work as one page for the client: files, links, video and notes, shared in the app or by link.

A handoff is a page you build for the client when work is delivered: everything they need to take it from there.

Building a handoff

A handoff has up to 20 pages, with up to 80 blocks. The blocks:

Images & video
Video embed from YouTube, Vimeo or Loom
3D model (.glb)
Downloads (files up to 50 MB)
Link
Colours
Custom HTML, which runs in a sealed frame

Give it the client's brand kit look, or set the theme, accent and fonts yourself.

Send shares it with the client's users in Knegt and emails them, with an optional note. Take it back unshares it.
A public link works without signing in. Add a password (at least 8 characters) if the content is private. Ten wrong passwords lock the link for 15 minutes; a right one is remembered for 30 days.
Turning the link off and on again gives a new address, so old copies stop working.

Handoffs can be attached to tickets, too. Attaching a draft sends it to the client.
