Meetings

Keep meeting notes next to the client's work, from Granola or by hand, and share summaries with the client.

Adding notes

Write a note in Meetings, paste one, or upload a .txt, .md, .vtt or .srt transcript (up to 2 MB). Notes can hold up to 200,000 characters, with a summary of up to 4,000.

Knegt matches each note to a client: first by the attendees' email domains, then by the client's name in the title. When it can't tell, it leaves the client empty for you to pick.

From Granola

  1. In Zapier or Make, start with Granola's Note added to folder trigger.
  2. Add a Webhooks by Zapier → POST step to your ingest address, as JSON, with the header Authorization: Bearer <your key>.
  3. Create the key under Settings → AI assistants.

Sending the same note again updates it instead of making a copy. The setup dialog on the Meetings page has the address and the exact fields.

Sharing with the client

Share with the client shows the note's summary on the client's Overview, under From our meetings. It needs a summary and a client. The notes themselves stay with the agency.
