Client reviews
How the client approves work or asks for changes, and what happens on each side.
Reviews are how work gets signed off. Every approval and change request is kept on the ticket, so "who signed this off?" always has an answer.
How a review works
- The agency moves a ticket to In review. Everyone at the client's company gets an email and a notification: Ready for your review.
- The client opens the ticket, looks at the deliverables, and chooses Approve or Request changes.
- Approve moves the ticket to Done. Request changes sends it back to Ongoing, with the client's message (it's required, so the team knows what to change).
- The assignee hears about it by email and in Knegt. If nobody is assigned, the whole team does.
When it's done
When a ticket reaches Done, the client's users get an email saying so. The review history stays on the ticket.
