Plans and billing

What each plan includes, how seats are counted, and where to manage billing.

#Plans

Client users never count: invite as many as you like. The agency's own Internal client doesn't count toward the client limit. Handoffs are on Round Table and Kingdom.

#Seats

Paid plans are billed per team member. When someone joins or is deactivated, the seat count follows by itself.

#Managing billing

Admins open Reports → Billing to see the plan, its status and renewal date, upgrade, or open Manage billing to change the card, see invoices or cancel.
