Clients and brand kits

Add clients, keep notes on how the relationship is going, and share a brand kit both sides can edit.

Adding a client

Admins add clients from Clients, with New client: the company name, website, an icon and colour, how the relationship is going, a description, the main contact and the brand colours. Tick Invite the contact to Knegt to send them a sign-in link straight away.

Your plan sets how many clients you can have; the agency's own Internal client never counts. See Plans and billing.

The client's page

Open a client to see their open work by status, start a ticket or a project for them, and keep their profile:

  • Description, contact person and contact email.
  • Status: Onboarding, Happy client, Neutral, At risk, Unhappy client, Paused or Cancelled collaboration.

The profile is only visible to the agency.

The brand kit

Every client has a brand kit that the agency and the client's own users can both edit:

  • Brand guidelines and logos (files up to 50 MB).
  • Fonts, as files or a link.
  • Colours, each with a name and hex code.
  • Links to anything else.

Handoffs can borrow the brand kit's look.

People at the client

Invite client users from Settings → People. Someone who already works with another of your clients (or another agency) gets this company added to their account, and switches between companies from the sidebar.
