Post new tickets, reviews and comments to a Slack channel.

#Connecting Slack

1. In Slack, go to Apps → Incoming Webhooks → Add to a channel, and copy the webhook address. It starts with https://hooks.slack.com/services/.
2. In Knegt, an admin opens Settings → Integrations, pastes it under Slack, and chooses which events to post.
3. Send a test to check it arrives.

• Comments, including internal notes

Each post links to the ticket and lists its internal tags. Things done by AI assistants post too.
